JC's Flea Markets, Crafts & Collectible Markets:
Our flea markets are very popular. We have a wide range of vendors selling a huge selection of goods at great prices. There is new merchandise being sold as well as second-hand merchandise. Our flea markets are made up of approximately 60% new merchandise vendors, 30% tag sale, antiques and collectibles vendors and 10% arts & crafts exhibitors. During the holiday season this changes with more vendors coming to the markets selling new items, crafts items and gift items.

JC makes every effort to keep exhibitors selling new merchandise, arts & crafts and gift items in a common area. We have a separate section at most of our markets for vendors selling 2nd hand merchandise. The garage and tag sale section at our flea market is a popular attraction at our markets. Our 2nd-hand vendors sell a hodgepodge of items including vintage, antiques and bric-a-brac. So whether it's new or old merchandise you're selling...we have customers looking for a wide range of items.

We run approximately 80 events per year operating every Saturday and Sunday from April through the holiday season. In the winter, January through March, JC runs markets 3-4 times per month on Sundays. In the spring, summer and fall our events are all outdoors in parks, huge parking lots or in the case of street fairs, we set up in the streets of a town's business district. During the winter months our markets are held indoors and outdoors in various schools and clubs. Overall, our "on the road" events are in over 35 communities throughout NJ. This gives us the opportunity to attract new customers to our events as well as, build a base of steady customers.

We value our vendors that support us and take pride in bringing well run events to a variety of communities.

JC is well-known for our fundraising markets. Our customers know whether they're a bargain hunter or a treasure hunter, looking for new or gift items, crafts or collectibles...we have the selection they're looking for!

JC Bonus Program:Your 20th flea market is FREE when you participate in the JC Bonus Program! Come 19 times to our flea markets and the 20th market is FREE. With this ongoing program you will receive a bonus card that gets signed at every flea market and after the 19th market just hand the card in as payment...that’s it...and there’s no obligation...no cost to you. Just ask a JC representative for a bonus card to participate. Note: this offer does not apply to our street fairs, specialty shows or discounted markets only our regular priced flea markets. It is your responsibility to make sure your card gets signed when a JC staff comes by your table and please have your card ready for them. See you at the shows ! Note: offer is good for up to $55.

    Note:this info below also applies to JC's Holiday Flea Markets.
    Indoor market fee when selling new items and crafts is:
    6' space is $35, 12' space is $50, 18' space is $65, 24' space is $80. Larger space please call office for the price.

    Indoor market fee when selling 2nd hand items, garage/tag sale, vintage or antique items is:
    12' space is $35, 18' space is $45.

Corner Spaces: add $10 to any of the prices above

Reservations: are suggested but not required for our indoor Flea Markets (around the holidays we sell out quickly). Set up is between 7-8AM. (if you are arriving later, please advise us during office hours). Bring your own tables*, chairs and displays. We only supply the space. All metal tables, chairs, racks and displays must have rubber tips or some protection to avoid tearing the floor covering or scratching the floor.

Tables Supplied: there are a limitied number of markets where 6' tables are supplied. Please refer to our event schedule where it will be noted when available.

If so, then the tables are priced at:

when selling new items and craft items (1-6' table=$35, 2-6'tables=$50)
when selling 2nd hand, vintage, antiques, etc.-you must bring your own tables and follow pricing above

Outdoor Flea Markets Fees (opened all year long-weather permitting)
Note-outdoor vendors: during winter months the fee is lowered for outdoors according to the weather/temperature-example: if it's 30 degrees outside then your rent is $30. At 45 degrees and higher your fee is at regular price.

2008 outdoor market fee when selling
new items and crafts is:
3 parking slots=$60-space with your vehicle at your display area (size 24’ x 20”-big enough for 3-4 tables and 2 canopies-if used)

2 parking slots=$55-space with your vehicle at your display area (size 16’ x 20”-big enough for 2-3 tables & canopy-if used)

Bigger Spaces & Corner Spaces:
4 parking slots=$75-space with your vehicle at your display area (size 32’ x 20”-big enough for 4-5 tables and 3 canopies-if used)

Corner Spaces: add $10 to any of the prices above

2008 outdoor market fee when selling 2ndhand items, garage/tag sale, vintage or antique items is:
$35-space with your vehicle at your display area (size 24’ x 20”=3 parking slots-big enough for 3-4 tables and 2 canopies-if used)


Reservations: no reservations are needed for outdoor flea markets unless otherwise noted on our schedule. Set up is between 6-8 AM. Bring your own tables, chairs, tents and displays. We only supply the space. If using canopies, you must make sure that the canopies are weighted down for safety concerns. This will be enforced and you will be asked to take down your canopy if it is not weighted down. You are not allowed to stake into the black top so heavy weights are suggested or tie it to your vehicle.

General Flea Market Info

Show Hours: Our Flea Markets are open to the public from 9AM-5PM. Street Fairs are open to the public from 10AM-5PM, unless otherwise noted. Our specialty shows, such as, Collectible Shows vary in the hours we are open. Please check our event schedule for this info.

Street Fairs and Specialty Shows: call the office to receive special contracts or print out from our web site. Reservations are recommended. Space sizes and prices vary.

NJ Tax ID #: are required to participate at our shows in NJ. Call office for info or go to our home page to link onto the NJ tax forms.

Note:No space sharing is permitted between vendors:The sale of unlicensed merchandise, knives, box cutters, fake cigarettes, spray foam, streamers, sparklers, stink bombs, snappers, bomb bags, pornographic material, firearms, tobacco, explosives, flammables, smoke and/or odorous items, cigarette lighters to minors under the age of 18 or any items deemed illegal under the law is strictly prohibited. Your area must be left clean and free of debris and garbage. A $10 fine is assessed to you and you will not be permitted to return.

Important :Clean, neat tablecloths are required
or other suitable professional display. 
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
