North Jersey Developmental Center 169 Minnisink Road - Totowa NJ 07511 off Rt. 46 and Rt. 80 From The West - (Above Willowbrook Shopping Center) - Take Route 80 East to Exit 54. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Minnisink Road. Travel about 1/4 mile on Minnisink Road and NJDC will be on your left. Take the third entrance on your left to the Administration Building. * From South Jersey - Take Turnpike to the Garden State Parkway North. Take exit 153B which leads onto Route 3 West. Take Route 3 West and stay on it when it becomes Route 46 West. Watch for signs indicating you are near Totowa. * Watch for a shopping area on your right with a "TOYS-R-US" and a BOB'S store. Take the first right hand turn after these stores (you will see a sign for North Jersey Developmental Center on the highway) and another for Minnisink Road exit. As you make the turn, stay to the right onto Minnisink Road. About 1/2 mile along Minnisink Road, you will see NJDC on the left hand side. Take the third entrance on your left to the Adminstration Building. * From The East - (New York) - On Route 80 heading west, exit 55A Little Falls (second exit at this point). After coming off highway, at second light, make a right onto Furler Street which will be one long block. At end of Furler Street (which is a T intersection), make a right onto Minnisink Road, and continue until coming to the School on your left. Take the thrid entrance on your left to Administration Building. * From The North - Take Garden State Parkway to Exit 154 (marked Route 46 West.) Travel West on Route 46 until you see signs indicating you are in the Totowa area. * Watch for a shopping area on your right with a "TOYS-R-US" and a "BOB'S' store. Take the first right hand turn after these stores (you will see a sign for North Jersey Developmental Center on the highway) and another for Minnisink Road exit. As you make the turn, stay to the right onto Minnisink Road. About 1/2 mile along Minnisink Road, you will see NJDC on the left hand side. Take the third entrance on your left to the Adminstration Building. * By Way of the New Jersey Turnpike - From South, go North on the Turnpike and exit off 16W (Giants Stadium - Meadowlands Arena). Keep left onto Route 3 West. Stay on Route 3 West and it will lead into Route 46. * Watch for a shopping area on your right with a "TOYS-R-US" and a "BOB'S' store. Take the first right hand turn after these stores (you will see a sign for North Jersey Developmental Center on the highway) and another for Minnisink Road exit. As you make the turn, stay to the right onto Minnisink Road. About 1/2 mile along Minnisink Road, you will see NJDC on the left hand side.
