SEEKING UPSCALE EXHIBITORS
JC has the opportunity to produce events in affluent areas where organizations are looking for high quality shows. We are in the process of building a list of exhibitors selling upscale merchandise for our future "Specialty Shows". There will be 3 types of events. Below is a description of each type of event and the criteria for becoming an exhibitor at these shows. We will send out our list of events when we have enough qualifying exhibitors. Starting out, these shows may be small but we anticipate that they will grow over time.
NOTE: These "Specialty Show" events are separate from JC's regular schedule of events that are produced throughout the year. We will still be running our street fairs and flea markets where all types of vendors are welcomed to participate. To sell at the "Specialty Shows" your set up must look professional and your merchandise must be high end, posh, chi-chi, yes...even pricy. Our goal is to create a marketplace that will appeal to wealthy consumers. There will be a jurying process where exhibitors will be asked to send in pictures of their displays and their merchandise.
JC realizes that these shows will not appeal to all of our vendors but that's OK. We already have a full schedule of events for vendors selling the mainstream marketplace items. They work well and we will continue to build on that end of our business.
The "Specialty Shows" are being created for the exhibitor that has difficulty finding their niche' show because they are selling upmarket. Well..we're here for you and ready to get started. Send us your information, tell us about your merchandise, be as detailed as you'd like and send photos or your website links. In addition, we would appreciate your suggesstions on venues that you'd like us to tap into as well as open dates in your event schedules where you need a show. This information will help us to build an ideal event schedule.
We look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Cissy G and the entire JC team.

The Arts & Crafts Shows will consist of Artisans, Crafters and Photographers. The show atmosphere will be upscale and attractive to the visitors. We appreciate all the effort that you put into your work and want our production to reflect that. Professional displays are required at all times: table cloths to the floor with no boxes, etc. showing. Exhibitor must be ready to sell by show opening. Ample set up time will be arranged. When selling outdoors the only acceptable canopies will be white (no colored canopies allowed). For your convenience, there will be white canopies, tables and chairs available for rental, if needed. The space sizes will be 10' deep x 12' wide at all events whether indoors or outdoors, unless otherwise noted in the show application. Please go to the guideline page to apply for future participation. Note: Artist, crafters and photographers are also invited to participate in the Boutique Shows (below). If you'd like to be included in the Boutique list along w/ the Arts & Crafts list please make note of that in your email. Also, please recommend trade publications and websites to advertise for exhibitors and customers alike. We appreciate your input. Thank you.
Guidelines Page for Artisans...Crafters...Photographers

The Boutique Shows will consist of exhibitors selling quality merchandise. The focus is on high-end brand names, designer items and unique items that customers will value and will be open to paying more for the quality and service. In addition to selling a product we are accepting service-oriented businesses that want to promote a service, such as home security, beauty and salon, landscaping, home remodeling etc. These are examples of the many services that affluent communities use. Artist, crafters and photographers are also invited to participate in the Boutique Shows. The criteria for arts & crafts is not as strict as the juried arts & craft shows above, in that the Boutique Shows do not require your items to be hand-made. With that said...arts & crafts will fit very nicely in this event. We realize that many artisans prefer to participate in events that are strictly for hand-made items only. If this is the case, the "Boutique Show" is not for you. If it's not an issue then this is a good opportunity to participate in another quality JC show.
In order for these events to be the best that they can be it requires effort on both our parts, the promoter and the exhibitor. JC will do their part by producing an upscale event with high end exhibitors, affluent venues and good promotion. JC is trying to create a boutique atmosphere and your displays are the focal point. Remember that presentation matters: customers need higher end merchandise to be presented as being higher end. You just can't throw merchandise on the table, look like a flea market and expect it to sell. lt should be upscale and attractive to the visitors. Exhibitors must do their part by creating nice displays and offering quality merchandise. This isn't a bargain hunters paradise it is a high end show. So give your customers what they're looking for and bring out the good stuff!
To join our list of future exhibitors we must see your merchandise and your set up. Please send pictures of your items or a link to your website (if applicable). This type of event is considered a juried event. It will help us to find the type of exhibitor we are trying to reach. Please send all of your contact info, pictures and discription of your merchandise and/or service to our email below. Thank you.

The Antique, Vintage and Collectible Shows will consisits of exhibitors selling everything from estate jewelry, vintage toys, furniture from early American oak to European, paper Americana, china & glass including Fenton, Cambridge, Heisey, Tiffany, enticing smalls in silver, enamel and gold, country store, decor for every room in your home, kitchenware, coin-operated items such as jukeboxes, antique tools, costume jewelry, vintage clothing, barware, men's & ladies' antique watches, Native American, quilts, textiles, clocks, phonographs, sterling flatware, holiday memorabilia, lunch boxes, board games from the '60's, pop culture items, vintage gambling items, sewing, dolls from the 1870's to the 1970's. Western Americana, tobacciana, price guides and much more. If you items fall into these categories or if you sell any items that may fit into this type of show...we are looking for you.
In the beginning these shows will be mainly outdoors. We are seeking locations where you are able to keep your vehicles at your display area. Canopies are suggested but not required. We understand that this type of event is not fancy looking and that some vendors display attractively and others just lay their items on a table or the ground. Pretty much...ANYTHING GOES! It's your merchandise that is the attraction not so much your set up. With that said, we always appreciate nice displays. The outdoor space sizes will be 20' x 20' and your vehicles can stay if they fit (if your vehicle doesn't fit you can either buy another half or whole space or move your vehicle to a designated parking area not far from your space). If you are interested in recieving information on these events when it becomes available please send us an email with all your contact info and a brief description of what you sell. If your items fit into a particular category please add that information. Your suggestions are welcomed for towns that you think would like this type of event and JC will seek them out. Also, let us know if there are open dates in the antique & collectible circuit where you'd like us to book a show. Fianlly, please recommend trade publications and websites to advertise for vendors and customers alike. We appreciate your input. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
